Here's what I wore to work from home and go to the doctors today:

Top: Jeanswest "Sarah" stripe tank in firecracker/coconut (similar here)
Jeans: Sass and Bide "straight up" jeans (similar here)
Shoes: Asos 'flossy' flat sandals in tan
Bag: Louis Vuitton MM damier azur neverfull

Had a bit of a giggle at my facial expressions when I was cropping the pictures! What can I say, it's been a long day. 
I liked this casual outfit, didn't need anything too fancy as I was working from home. What do you think?
